    Virtual meeting with WCB AB and AA of A members

    • Review of frequently asked questions by providers – what WCB recommends or what the solution is to the questions often asked
    • Trends with hearing loss program from WCB's perspective; what can providers do to help WCB and how WCB can help providers reduce administrative time etc.
    • Updates, changes in hearing loss program over the past year, any changes to come
    • Tips or helpful things for billing; timelines for payment from WCB; common errors that can be reduced to help speed up processing times
    • Feedback opportunity from AA of A members to WCB – this would provide an opportunity for members to voice their concerns and propose useful changes to help both the worker, provider and WCB

    Please register by Monday, September 14th 2020.  An invitation will be sent with sign on details for the meeting once we have received them. 

    If you are planning to attend please provide feedback on the agenda regarding any other items you would like to add, and provide any other feedback specifically for WCB so they can prepare ahead of time and ensure items brought forth are addressed at the meeting.
